• Register received documents

  Enter your received invoices, estimates, delivery notes or any others documents you want to register.

• List of received documents

  Enter in your list of received invoices or in the list of the document in question and click on the icon of the clip that you will find on the right.

• Upload file to the virtual disk

  Upload your file. All formats are supported. Maximum size of each file: 30 Mb. The capacity of the hard disk is 1GB with the Ultimate plan.

• Virtual disk storage

  All your files will be well classified in folders and subfolders that you can organize as you want on your virtual disk and download when you need them.
