Create your estimates in seconds and keep your accounts up to date. Sign your estimates electronically and email them to your customers. From web and Android and iOS mobile app.
In the "Configuration" section, go to "External applications".
Link your Google Drive or Dropbox account with Contasimple.
All your documents will be uploaded automatically.
In addition to linking your account to Google Drive or Dropbox, Contasimple also has its own virtual disk where you can upload files and associate them with your already created records.
You can find them in the "Virtual Disk" section.
In the "Accounting" section, click on "Create new estimate".
Fill in all the data: date, customer, retention, concepts...
Choose at any time where you want to upload your documents.
When creating your estimate, choose which option you prefer and it will link to the application of your choice.
Check your estimates at any time by accessing your virtual disk from the web or mobile app. Wherever you are!
In the "Virtual Disk" section of Contasimple you will find folders already created by default. Inside you will find all the documents linked to your invoices, estimates, delivery notes, expenses...
Create new folders and upload all the documents you want to the cloud. You can always consult them at any time via the web and the mobile app.
