In the top menu, click the "Virtual Disk" section.
In blue, you will find the folders created automatically by the program where the files associated with the program documents, such as invoices, estimates or delivery notes, are located. These folders cannot be modified or deleted. In addition, you can create your own folders and organize them as you wish. You can create other folders in your folders. You can modify or delete them. Navigate to the folder where you want to upload your document, or upload them directly.
Drag the files to the box. Each file must weigh up to 30Mb. You can add a brief description. Click "Save" to finally upload your documents to the virtual disk.
In the top menu, in the "Accounting" section, click on "Issued Invoices".
You will access the list of your issued invoices. Click "Attach files to this invoice".
A box will appear where you can upload the documents you want to link to the invoice. Click "Save" to finally link your documents to your invoice and upload them to your virtual disk.
Once uploaded, you will have the document linked to the invoice and available whenever you want via the Contasimple website and mobile app.
