With the Google Drive plugin you can automatically synchronize all invoices, quotes and delivery notes that you enter in the system. You will not have to worry about anything.

Link your Google Drive account

Easily, quickly and conveniently.
  • In the preferences section you can always check if you have the linked account.
  • You can always unlink the account if you do not want to keep synchronizing.
  • As simple as this. Once linked, each document created will be automatically uploaded.

Select in which mode of work you feel most comfortable
  • For each new invoice, budget or delivery note created in the system, it will be synchronized automatically in your Google Drive account.
  • If you prefer, when creating each record, you can define if this one specific document you want to upload to Google Drive or prefer not to do so.

Find your documents quickly

Access your documents in an orderly manner
  • Inside the folder Apps you will find a folder Contasimple .
  • Within this folder, as many folders as exercises (years) will be created. li>
  • Within these, you will create as many folders as quarterly periods (ex: 1T = 1st trimester).
  • Within a period folders will be created by the type of document (Invoice issued, Budget, Invoice received, Air Waybill ...).
  • And finally, you will have your documents.
