You will be able to export and import all types of documents with Contasimple: from invoices to taxes, your accounting, your clients and suppliers, products and services... You can also choose the format in which you prefer to export / import your documents.
Export your documents easily from Contasimple
Invoices
Investment goods
Click on the following icon: and in the drop-down menu that will appear, click on "Export or print to PDF".
Issued invoices Logbook (sales and income).
Invoices received Logbook (purchases and expenses).
Capital goods Logbook (amortization).
In the Accounting section, click on "Export" and select the format in which you want to export your Logbooks. Your file will automatically download and be uploaded to your Contasimple virtual disk. Visit the following link on cloud accounting for more information.
Do you use A3ASESOR and need to have all your accounting up to date available? With Contasimple you will be able to export all your documents easily to import them comfortably in A3ASESOR. You just have to access the section Accounting, click on "Accounting transfer" and select the period you want to export.
In Customers/Supp section, access the information of a customer or supplier and click on "Download vCard". All your customer or supplier information will be downloaded automatically.
Profit and Loss Report: easily export your report by accessing "Reports". Then go to Profit and Loss section. Click on "Export or print in PDF".
Working Hours Reports: by keeping track of working hours with Contasimple, you can access a report with the hours worked by your workers. To do this, access "Reports". Then go to the section of Working hours Report. Click on "Export or print in PDF".
Import your issued, received invoices and expenses:
Access the Accounting section and in the left panel, click on Import. You can upload your file in excel format with the information about your invoices. Check that all the information is correct and click on Import. Download our example excel sheet with the information about all the columns that you can import.
Import your Accounting:
Access the section of Accounting. And then go to Import invoice and enter the import coden. Select if the document you enter is an invoice, an expense or an investment asset and ... That will be all! For more information on how to import invoices, visit the following link on cloud invoicing.
Import your Customers and Suppliers:
Access the section of Customers/Supp and in the panel on your left, click on Import. You just have to add the excel sheet with the information of your customers or suppliers, click on "Continue" and check that all the information is correct. You can download an example excel sheet with all the columns you can use.
Import your Products or Services to your catalog:
Access the section of Catalogue. In the panel on your left, click on Import and enter the excel sheet with the information of your products or services.
