1.3. Data retention: Your data will remain active in the CONTASIMPLE candidate database for 2 years from the time you provided us with your CV. Once this period expires, they will be destroyed.

CONTASIMPLE does not sell or transfer personal data that can find the user, nor will it do so in the future, to third parties without the prior consent of the interested party. However, in some cases, collaborations with other professionals can be conducted, in which cases, prior consent will be needed from the users, informing about the identity of the collaborator and the purpose of the provision of services. By the LSSICE, CONTASIMPLE does not conduct SPAM practices, therefore it does not send commercial emails that have not been previously requested or authorized by the user.
Through the data collection forms, CONTASIMPLE can obtain your consent to contact you by email, SMS, or any other equivalent means of electronic communication, to send you commercial communications about its products and services.
If at any given time you do not wish to receive communications of this nature, you may revoke your consent by sending the notification to the following address support@contasimple.com with the subject "LOW COMMERCIAL" or to the address of C/ Marina 16-18, planta 8, Torre Mapfre, 08005 Barcelona, supplying a document proving your identity.
